We manufacture tungsten carbide valve seats for standard 1" Valves in port sizes from 1/8" to 3/8", standard 1 1/2" in port sizes from 1/8" to 1/2"; We also manufacture customized seats as per your specific drawings and material specifications.
These tungsten carbide valve seats are used for Conventional Gas Lift Valves, Wireline Retrievable (WLR) Injection Pressure Operated (IPO) Gas Lift Valves, various Oil Field Equipment, Oilfield Valves, oil pumps in petroleum industry's sand containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells and high pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, etc.

1. Material Milling and Desiccation
Dust-Free Workshop: All staff must wear specified uniforms before entering the workshop.
2. Isostatic Suppressing for carbide rods
Machinery Automation:Automatic manipulators are installed for all of our TPA suppressing facilites,which is more accurate on weight controlling and reduces production cost.
3. HIP Sintering
Strict rules of operation: All operation need be conducted strictly as process rules.
4. Quality checking of trial production.
New testing piece: Testing piece must be produced before a new batch of material is used for mass production to ensure the stable
quality.
5. Grinding and Machining
We own all facilitess for the whole carbide machining system to ensure the delivery in time,including surface grinding lathe,external grinding lathe,centerless grinding lathe,wire cutting machine,EDM sparkling machine.
6. quality checking of finished products.
Double Quality Checking: Inspection for semi-finished and finished products are both essential,products with defects will never be shipped.
7. Packing and delivery
