Product Description
Cemented carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, refer to balls made of cemented carbide.
Cemented carbide balls can be ideally used in extremely harsh environments, and are extremely wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. they are not easily deformed.
Cemented carbide balls are made of high-hardness, refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as the main component, with cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), and molybdenum (Mo) as the binder,in a vacuum furnace or The powder metallurgy products sintered in the furnace, the common cemented carbide products are YG, YN, YT, YW series.
Cemented carbide balls have high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and bending resistance, and can be used in harsh environments and replace all steel ball products.
It can be used in a high temperature environment higher than 600ºC, the hardness of cemented carbide balls is ≥90.5, and the density is 14.9g/cm3.

1. Material Milling and Desiccation
Dust-Free Workshop: All staff must wear specified uniforms before entering the workshop.
2. Isostatic Suppressing for carbide rods
Machinery Automation:Automatic manipulators are installed for all of our TPA suppressing facilites,which is more accurate on weight controlling and reduces production cost.
3. HIP Sintering
Strict rules of operation: All operation need be conducted strictly as process rules.
4. Quality checking of trial production.
New testing piece: Testing piece must be produced before a new batch of material is used for mass production to ensure the stable
quality.
5. Grinding and Machining
We own all facilitess for the whole carbide machining system to ensure the delivery in time,including surface grinding lathe,external grinding lathe,centerless grinding lathe,wire cutting machine,EDM sparkling machine.
6. quality checking of finished products.
Double Quality Checking: Inspection for semi-finished and finished products are both essential,products with defects will never be shipped.
7. Packing and delivery
